Ingredients
- Chickpeas Si Facile rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Tomatoes cut into cubes - 3/4 cup
- Shallot minced - 1
- Pickles cut into small cubes - 1/3 cup
- Sunflower seeds - 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
- Bread - 4 slices
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Lettuce leaf for serving
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a large bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork. Do not mash too much to keep some texture! Personally, I keep some whole.
- Add the tomatoes, onion, pickles or olives, sunflower seeds, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- In a pan with the butter, toast the slices of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich and enjoy!
