Organic Applesauce
Our apples come from the La Tête dans les Pommes orchard in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac.
No added sugar: just beautiful Quebec apples, with their skins on to retain all their nutrients and their beautiful natural color.
Chickpeas
The classic for everything salad, hummus, stir-fry, etc. Don't forget to keep aquafaba (the liquid from the pot) to replace egg whites in recipes!
Red beans
This type of bean is very versatile. It goes very well with other types of proteins like fish or meat and it is also very good in several types of desserts
Pinto Beans
They are frequently used for their creamier side. They are often used in soups and dips or in a pan with oil to fry.
Black beans
Gabrielle's favorites! They have a smaller size which allows them to be used in just a few almost any recipe, whether sweet or savory.
Yellow Peas
They are particularly known for pea soup. But they are much more than that! Many people call them Quebec Chickpeas, we can use them a little everywhere.
