Ingredients

  • Si Facile Black Beans, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 mL
  • Couscous - 2 cups
  • Chopped garlic cloves - 2
  • Shallots, minced - 2
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Chili flakes - 1 tsp
  • Sliced ​​strawberries - 18
  • Crumbled feta - 200g
  • Mint leaves, chopped - 15
  • Sliced ​​green onions - 2
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook couscous according to brand directions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine couscous, garlic, shallots, olive oil, lemon juice and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add black beans, strawberries, feta, mint and green onions. Mix well and enjoy!
