Ingredients
- Yellow peas Si Facile well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Garlic cloves - 2
- Tahini butter - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
- Zucchini cut into thick slices lengthwise - 1
- Eggplant cut into thick slices lengthwise - 1
- Pepper cut into rings - 1
- Sliced onion - 1
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Lettuce leaves - for serving
- Pitas - 4
Preparation
- In an electric blender, puree the yellow peas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice and 2 tbsp. olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a pan, grill the vegetables in olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
- Spread hummus on pita breads. Divide lettuce and grilled vegetables. Enjoy!
