Brownies décadent aux haricots

Decadent Bean Brownies

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : 30 minutes
Servings : 6 to 8 people


Ingredients

  • Si Facile black beans, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
  • Eggs - 3
  • Maple syrup - ½ cup
  • Canola oil – ¼ cup
  • Cocoa powder – ½ cup
  • Walnuts, roughly chopped - ½ cup
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips - ½ cup (or semi-sweet chocolate chips)
  • Vanilla - 1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Place the rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line with parchment paper or grease a 20 cm (8 in.) square baking pan
  2. In a blender, puree the black beans, eggs, maple syrup and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Transfer the bean mixture to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Spoon brownie mixture into pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is cooked.
  5. Leave to cool. Unmold and serve. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Freezes very well!
  • Black beans can also be used.
