Pois chiches croustillants au chipotle et lime (Air Fryer)

Crispy Chipotle Lime Chickpeas (Air Fryer)

Servings : 2 à 4 portions


Ingredients

  • Si Facile chickpeas, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
  • Chipotle powder – 1 to 2 tbsp. tablespoon (according to your preferences)
  • Lime juice – 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Cilantro leaves - for serving (optional)

Preparation
  1. Combine all ingredients, except cilantro, in a large bowl.
  2. Divide the chickpea mixture into the Air Fryer cooking basket.
  3. Cook for the first 10 minutes at 390°F. Mix well. Cook again for another 10 minutes at the same temperature. You can add another 5 minutes for extra crispiness. Enjoy with cilantro!
