Ingredients
- Si Facile chickpeas, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Chipotle powder – 1 to 2 tbsp. tablespoon (according to your preferences)
- Lime juice – 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Cilantro leaves - for serving (optional)
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients, except cilantro, in a large bowl.
- Divide the chickpea mixture into the Air Fryer cooking basket.
- Cook for the first 10 minutes at 390°F. Mix well. Cook again for another 10 minutes at the same temperature. You can add another 5 minutes for extra crispiness. Enjoy with cilantro!
