Ingredients
- Yellow peas Si Facile well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Diced tomatoes - 1 can of 796 ml
- Diced onions - 1
- Chopped garlic clove - 2
- Carrots, diced - 3
- Celery stalk, diced - 3
- Chopped Jalapeno - 1
- Vegetable broths - 3 cups
- Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation
- In a large saucepan, sweat the onion for a few minutes in the olive oil. Add the garlic and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
- Add carrots, celery and jalapeno. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add the vegetable stock, yellow peas, tomatoes, soy sauce and olive oil.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked.
- Adjust seasonings. Enjoy!
