Soupe aux légumes, pois jaunes, sauce soya et sésame

Vegetable soup, yellow peas, soy sauce and sesame

Ingredients

  • Yellow peas Si Facile well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
  • Diced tomatoes - 1 can of 796 ml
  • Diced onions - 1
  • Chopped garlic clove - 2
  • Carrots, diced - 3
  • Celery stalk, diced - 3
  • Chopped Jalapeno - 1
  • Vegetable broths - 3 cups
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large saucepan, sweat the onion for a few minutes in the olive oil. Add the garlic and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
  2. Add carrots, celery and jalapeno. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Add the vegetable stock, yellow peas, tomatoes, soy sauce and olive oil.
  4. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked.
  5. Adjust seasonings. Enjoy!
