Orzo mojito salad with yellow peas

Ingredients

  • Yellow peas Si Facile well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
  • Orzo - 1 cup
  • Green apple cut into small strips - 1
  • Chopped French shallot - 1
  • Mint leaves, chopped - 25 (approx.)
  • Lime zest - 2
  • Lime juice - 2
  • Olive oil - 4 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper - to taste

Preparation

  1. Cook orzo according to manufacturer's directions. Once cooked, let cool.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Enjoy!
