Ingredients
- Yellow peas Si Facile well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Orzo - 1 cup
- Green apple cut into small strips - 1
- Chopped French shallot - 1
- Mint leaves, chopped - 25 (approx.)
- Lime zest - 2
- Lime juice - 2
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation
- Cook orzo according to manufacturer's directions. Once cooked, let cool.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Enjoy!
