Preparation
  1. In an electric blender, puree the yellow peas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice and 2 tbsp. olive oil until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. In a pan, grill the vegetables in olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
