Ingredients
- Yellow peas Si Facile well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Onions cut into quarters - 2
- Chopped garlic cloves - 2
- Tahini butter - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Smoked paprika - 2 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation
- In a frying pan, caramelize the onions in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- Meanwhile, in an electric blender, puree the yellow peas, garlic, tahini butter, lemon juice, olive oil and water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the mixture in a bowl. Sprinkle the hummus with caramelized onions and paprika.
- Enjoy with naan bread, raw vegetables, rusks, etc.!
