Ingredients
- Yellow peas Si Facile well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Chopped garlic cloves - 2
- Small French shallot, cut in half - 1
- Tahini butter - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- The seeds of a pomegranate
- Fresh parsley leaves - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation
- In an electric blender, puree the yellow peas, garlic, French shallot, tahini butter, lemon juice, olive oil and water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the mixture in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the hummus with pomegranate seeds and fresh parsley. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Enjoy with a baguette, in a pita, etc!
