Ingredients
- Chickpeas Si Facile, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Yellow onions cut into strips - 2
- Cauliflower in small florets - 4 cups
- Minced garlic cloves - 2
- Butter - 3 tbsp
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation
- In a skillet, caramelize the onions in the olive oil. Stir frequently.
- Steam cauliflower, chickpeas and garlic for 20 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
- Using a food processor, puree the steamed vegetables and butter until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Divide into plates, adding the caramelized onions on top of the mash. Enjoy!
