Ingredients for the salad
- Si Facile Red Beans, well rinsed and drained - 1 500 ml jar
- Sliced cucumbers - 1 1/2 cups
- Grated carrots - 1 1/2 cups
- Chopped garlic - 2 cloves
- Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Ingredients for the dressing
- Miso - 2 tbsp
- Toasted sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
- Maple syrup or other sweetener - 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
- Water - 1 tbsp
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients.
- In the same bowl, add all the salad ingredients.
- Mix well and enjoy!
