Salade de concombres, haricots rouges, miso et gingembre

Cucumber, red bean, miso and ginger salad

Ingredients for the salad

  • Si Facile Red Beans, well rinsed and drained - 1 500 ml jar
  • Sliced cucumbers - 1 1/2 cups
  • Grated carrots - 1 1/2 cups
  • Chopped garlic - 2 cloves
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp

Ingredients for the dressing

  • Miso - 2 tbsp
  • Toasted sesame oil - 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Maple syrup or other sweetener - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients.
  2. In the same bowl, add all the salad ingredients.
  3. Mix well and enjoy!
