Ingredients
- Si Facile Yellow Peas, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Chopped garlic cloves - 2
- Small French shallot, halved - 1
- Tahini butter - 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice - 3 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Seeds of 1 pomegranate
- Fresh parsley leaves - 1 cup
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Preparation
- In an electric blender, puree the yellow peas, garlic, shallot, tahini butter, lemon juice, olive oil and water until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the mixture in a bowl.
- Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds and fresh parsley over the hummus. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Enjoy with a baguette, in a pita, etc.!
