Houmous aux betteraves, soya et cumin

Beetroot, soy and cumin hummus

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas Si Facile, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
  • Beets, cooked, cut into small cubes - 3
  • Garlic cloves, minced - 2
  • Tahini - 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • Chervil - 1 tbsp (optional for serving)

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Puree until smooth using an electric mixer. Enjoy!
