Brownies décadent aux haricots (végane)

Decadent Bean Brownies (Vegan)

Ingredients

  • Si Facile Black Beans, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml 
  • Ground Chia - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 6 tbsp
  • Piped Dates - 4
  • Sugar - ½ cup
  • Cocoa Powder - ½ cup
  • Canola Oil - ½ cup
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - ½ cup

Preparation

  1. Place the rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Oil 24 mini-muffin molds.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chia and water well. Let thicken.
  3. In a blender, puree the black beans, chia, dates, sugar, cocoa powder, canola oil and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour into a large bowl and add the chocolate chips. Mix well.
  5. Divide into the mini-muffin molds.
  6. Bake for about 40 minutes. The knife should come out slightly moist. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Freezes very well!
  • Red beans can also be used.
