Ingredients
- Si Facile Black Beans, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Ground Chia - 1 tbsp
- Water - 6 tbsp
- Piped Dates - 4
- Sugar - ½ cup
- Cocoa Powder - ½ cup
- Canola Oil - ½ cup
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips - ½ cup
Preparation
- Place the rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Oil 24 mini-muffin molds.
- In a bowl, mix the chia and water well. Let thicken.
- In a blender, puree the black beans, chia, dates, sugar, cocoa powder, canola oil and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour into a large bowl and add the chocolate chips. Mix well.
- Divide into the mini-muffin molds.
- Bake for about 40 minutes. The knife should come out slightly moist. Enjoy!

- Freezes very well!
- Red beans can also be used.
