Ingredients
- Si Facile black beans, well rinsed and drained - 1 jar of 500 ml
- Eggs - 3
- Maple syrup - ½ cup
- Canola oil – ¼ cup
- Cocoa powder – ½ cup
- Walnuts, roughly chopped - ½ cup
- Semi-sweet chocolate chips - ½ cup (or semi-sweet chocolate chips)
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
Preparation
- Place the rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line with parchment paper or grease a 20 cm (8 in.) square baking pan
- In a blender, puree the black beans, eggs, maple syrup and vegetable oil until smooth.
- Transfer the bean mixture to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Spoon brownie mixture into pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is cooked.
- Leave to cool. Unmold and serve. Enjoy!
Notes
- Freezes very well!
- Black beans can also be used.
